Everything needed to reconnect and strengthen cracked walls:

  • • 10× 6mm Stainless Steel Helical Bars
  • • 1× 3L WHO-60 Grout
  • • 1× Tooling set (Grout Applicator, mixing paddle, Pointing Tool)

  • Spacing: 300–450mm vertical (every 4–6 courses)

Test Results

Crack Stitching bar range is independently tested within Lucideon to conform to BS EN 845-1:2013+A1:2016 and test method BS EN 846-4:2002 when installed using WHO-60 Grout.

Bed Joint Installation — Step by Step

Rake out bed joint to 40mm depth, extending 500mm either side of crack

Clear debris and flush with water to ensure grout bonds to sound mortar

Pump WHO-60 grout bead to back of slot; ~10mm from exterior surface

Insert bars spaced equally (1 bar: 20mm / 2 bars: 15 & 25mm / 3 bars: 10, 20, 30mm)

Trowel back displaced grout and re-point. Ensure full bar encasement.
