The Construction Products Regulations require us to procure independent tests and technical assessment documents demonstrating that products falling within the scope of relevant Standards comply with the Regulation. Each Declaration of Performance (DoP) listed below presents compliance with BS EN 845-1 “Specification for ancillary components for masonry Part 1: Wall ties, tension straps, hangers and brackets”.

A Declaration of Performance provides assurance.
A Declaration of Performance assures that a product meets national and international Standards and performance criteria. ‘UK-Approved Bodies’ or ‘EU-Notified Bodies’ test, assess and issue technical reports on goods subject to the Construction Products Regulations. The DoP summarises the technical documentation, describing the product’s intended function, essential features, and performance characteristics.
The declared performance figures allow a builder, surveyor, engineer or architect to compare different products and decide the most suitable for their project.
