Thor Helical/ PLC supplies products to its distribution partners on an ex-works basis only, unless your Distribution Agreement states otherwise.
All goods will be packed on treated pallets suitable for carrying international freight. Distributors are responsible for arranging collection of pallets in our UK office hours. Risk for the goods is the responsibility of the distributor once said goods are collected by their nominated freight expeditor.
