Thor Helical supplies products to distribution partners on an ex-works basis only, unless your Distribution Agreement states otherwise.
For customers outside the UK, the packaging of goods is on treated pallets suitable for international freight. Distributors are responsible for arranging the collection of pallets during our UK office hours. Risk for the goods is the distributor’s responsibility once their nominated freight expeditor has made the collection.
